Lamb meatballs

lamb meatballs

Nom nom nom. Thats all I have to say.

1 pack of ground lamb
2 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup chopped scallions
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1/4 cup ground flaxseeds (optional)

1. In a large bowl mix together lamb, garlic, paprika, scallions, pepper, salt, olive oil and eggs. Allow to marinate at room temperature for 45-60 min
2. Preheat oven to 350
3. Place a piece of wax paper on a baking dish
4. Take marinated meat and form small balls with your hands
5. Add a dash of flaxseed around the meatball (this helps make them crispy on top and keep them together better)
6. Place meatballs on wax paper and place in oven for 13 minutes
7. Enjoy with rice, quinoa or pasta
