Ingredients
2 pounds of Brussels sprouts
1 Lemon
Olive oil
1/3 cup walnuts
Cooking instructions
1. Cut brussels sprouts into halves
2. Heat medium/large skillet with some oil and add Brussels sprouts halves to it
3. Season with salt and pepper
4. Turn the heat to medium/low and add walnuts and cover the skillet
5. Stir frequently and cook until caramelized (~10 min)
6. Add ¼ cup of water and cook another 5 minutes
7. Add lemon juice
8. Serve right away (these are not that good when re-heated)
