Breakfast stuffed peppers

peppers with eggs

Simple and healthy.
Ingredients:
1 bell pepper sliced in half lengthwise
1 egg
Basil
Paprika
Pepper
Deli meat (turkey, ham, whatever your heart desires)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. In a small bowl mix together egg, basil, paprika, pepper and meat
3. Place pepper onto baking dish and carefully pour mixture into pepper
4. Bake for 30 minutes
