1 banana (mashed)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (or almond flour)
1/2 cup frozen or fresh cranberries (not dried)
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Mix together all ingredients and pour into baking dish (if you want 1 giant pancake just pour it in, if you want smaller ones then space the batter)
3. Bake for 20 min and enjoy!
