I cannot even tell you guys how good these came out. I was so excited. Low glycemic index. This makes about 5-6 muffins
Ingredients:
2.5 Bananas (mashed)
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (or almond flour)
2 eggs
3/4 cup frozen or fresh cranberries (not dried)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375
2. Mix together all ingredients and pour into either greased muffin tin or use muffin paper or wax paper
3. Bake for 20 min and enjoy the healthiest and most delicious muffins of your life 🙂
