This is a great and healthy side dish. Very flavorful and filling.
Ingredients:
1 head of cauliflower
1 tbsp curry
4 tbsp coconut oil melted
2 tsps garlic powder
3/4 cup sliced almonds
Instructions:
1. Chop cauliflower into small/medium florets and place in baking dish
2. Preheat oven to 375
3. Season cauliflower with curry and garlic powder
4. Pour coconut oil over the cauliflower and sprinkle sliced almonds throughout
5. Bake for 40 min
6. Enjoy!
