Cran-apple turkey meatballs

Ingredients:
1 package of ground turkey
1 apple diced into small pieces
3/4 cup of fresh or frozen cranberries
2 tbsp of mrs. dash salt free garlic and herb seasoning
1 tsp of red pepper flakes
1/3 cup olive oil
2 eggs
1/2 cup oat flour (or regular flour)

Instructions:
1. In a large bowl combine turkey and eggs and mix well
2. Add mrs. dash salt free garlic and herbs seasoning and red pepper flakes and mix well
3. add olive oil, cranberries and apples
4. Allow to marinate for about 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the fridge
5. Heat a skillet with a bit of olive oil or coconut oil
6. Using your hands form a ball from the turkey mixture (~1-1.5 diameter) and place it on hot skillet, repeat for the rest of the turkey mixture
7. Reduce heat to med and cover the skillet
8. Cook for 3 minutes then flip each meatball over and cook another 5-7 minutes
9. Enjoy!
