Crockpot chicken with veggies

crockpot chicken

This is SO easy to make. I’ve never cooked with a crockpot before, but its amazingly easy and delicious

Ingredients:
Chicken thighs
1 yellow onion sliced into 1/2 inch pieces
2 cups mushrooms chopped
Salt, pepper, basil
2 tbsps frozen or fresh cranberries
1 tsp curry powder
2 tbsps olive oil
1/8 cup water

Instructions:
1. Place onion, mushrooms and cranberries at the bottom of the crockpot
2. Season with salt, pepper, basil and curry
3. Add chicken on top of veggies and season the chicken with basil and curry a little bit
4. Pour olive oil over the mix
5. Add water and cover the crockpot
6. Turn crockpot to low setting and allow it to cook for about 5-6 hours

~ This chicken comes out very tender and delicious. It gets infused with any spices you add, so feel free to add whatever you like~
