Basa fish

Basa fish is a type of catfish. This recipe works well for tilapia too.

basa with lemon dill

Ingredients:
3 Basa (or tilapia fillets)
2 lemons
1/3 cup fresh chopped dill
1/4 cup minced garlic
1/2 cup olive oil

Instructions:
1. In a large baking dish mix together olive oil, dill, and garlic
2. Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon into the dish as well
3. Place the fish into the baking dish and let it sit for 5 min, then flip it over and allow it to marinate for 20-30 min at room temp
4. Preheat oven at 350
5. Flip the fish in the baking dish over again
6. Slice half of the 2nd lemon into thin round slices and place 2 slices on each piece of fish
7. Place in oven and bake for 20-25 min or until fish flakes and is no longer rubbery
8. Once you remove it from the oven squeeze lemon juice on top of each piece
9. Enjoy!
