Sauteed mushrooms with onions

Ingredients:
1 box of mushrooms of your choice chopped
1 yellow onion chopped finely
2 tbsp of olive oil
1/2 tsp of paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet with olive oil
2. Add onions, paprika and salt & pepper
3. Cook on medium high while stirring until the onions turn golden
4. Add mushrooms and continue to stir on medium high heat for 2 minutes
5. Reduce heat to medium low and cover the pan
6. Stir occasionally. Cook for 10-15 minutes
