This is a super quick and healthy dessert if you need a pick-me-up without wrecking your diet. I got this idea from @littlefitness (if you are on instagram, check out her feed, its great)
Ingredients:
1 tbsp of protein powder or almond flour
1 egg
1 tbsp of greek yogurt or cottage cheese
1 tsp of unsweetened cocoa powder
1 packet of stevia
1 tsp of almond or peanut butter (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a small bowl combine all ingredient except almond butter and mix together
2. Spoon almond butter in the middle of the mixture but don’t mix it
3. Place it im microwave for 1 min (watch it though, because it will rise. If your microwave is more powerful it may be done sooner)
4. It is done once it is no longer liquid on top
5. You can also make a topping by mixing a 1/4 banana with berries and a bit of coconut/almond milk. The banana adds a bit more sweetness.
