These are banana pancakes with apple cinnamon slices. So delicious and healthy!

2 yellow/brown bananas mashed
1 tbsp almond butter
2 eggs
2 tbsp almond flour or oat flour
1 apple sliced thinly
1 tsp of cinnamon
2 tbsp greek yogurt mixed with 1/2 tsp of honey

1. In a medium bowl combine almond butter and eggs and mix well
2. Add bananas to bowl and mix well
3. Mix in almond flour or oat flour
4. Heat a large greased skillet
5. Place 1 tbsp of batter per pancake and cook covered on medium heat for 1-2 minutes, then flip. Repeat for the rest of the batter
6. On a large plate lay out apple slices and sprinkle with cinnamon
7. Place plate in microwave for 1.5-2 minutes until apples are soft
8. When pancakes are done layer them: pancake, apple, greek yogurt etc…
9. Enjoy!
