Sometimes you need to play with your food 🙂
Ingredients:
The white pancakes are just cottage cheese pancakes (see recipe)
For the chocolate pancakes:
2 eggs
2 packets stevia
1/2 cup almond flour
pinch of baking soda
1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 tsp butter
Instructions:
1. Heat skillet with a bit of butter
2. In a bowl combine eggs, cottage cheese , baking soda, stevia and cocoa and mix well
3. Slowly add almond flour and mix well
4. Take 1 tbsp scoops of mixture and pour onto skillet
5. Set on 2-3/9 heat (low/ low-med) heat and cover
6. Flip pancakes after about 90 secs
*For the ears I used regular cottage cheese pancakes and I used bananas and berries for the eyes*
