These can be done with sunny side up eggs or scrambled
1 avocado sliced lengthwise in half and de-pitted
1 or 2 eggs
1/2 sliced red bell pepper
1. For the sunny side up egg, carefully crack the and pour it into the avocado half.
2. Add paprika, basil and salt
3. Bake for 20 min at 350
(if you want scrambled eggs, scoop a bit of the avocado out, mix it with the eggs and red bell peppers and pour it back into the avocado half. Bake for 25 min @ 350)
