Pumpkin cheesecake

You can make a full pumpkin cheese cake or make mini ones from this recipe

15-20 Graham crackers (crushed)
5 tbsp of melted butter
4 packages of cream cheese (8 oz/each)
1 can pumpkin puree (15 oz)
1.5 cups of sugar
3/4 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup flour
Whipped cream

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter
3. Press the mixture into a spring form pan to cover the whole thing (for the crust)
4. In a separate bowl mix together cream cheese, sugar, milk and eggs
5. Mix in sour cream, vanilla and flour
6. Pour into spring form with graham crackers
7. Bake for 50min- 1hour
8. Turn off oven and leave cheesecake in there for 1 hour, then remove it from oven and let it cool for 5-6 hours
9. Top off with some whipped cream and cinnamon
