Ingredients:
5 tomatoes
1 can of salmon
3 tsps mayonaise
2 hard boiled eggs chopped
1 pack of green onions
1 cucumber
1 bunch of fresh dill
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large bowl combine salmon, mayo, eggs and salt and pepper and mix
2. Take each tomato and cut an ‘X’ on top with a knife, Scoop out the insides with a small spoon and stuff with salmon salad
3. Arrange on plate as in photo
4. Surprise your guests with a lovely spring appetizer 🙂
