chocolate raspberry bark

This is my little invention for late night dessert craving when I don’t really have anything sweet in the house

Ingredients:
2 cups of raspberries
3 packets of splenda
2 tsps cocoa powder or 3 tsps chocolate syrup
1/3 cup of almonds (sliced or whole)

Instructions:
1. In a small bowl, mash raspberries until they are the consistency of chunky jam
2. Add chocolate syrup/cocoa powder and splenda and mix well
3. Add almonds
4. Pour mixture onto a flat baking pan or plate
5. Freeze for about 30 minutes
6. Enjoy!

These come out tasting kind of like sherbet with chocolate. If you want them to be more chocolate than raspberry than melt some dark chocolate in a baking dish, mix it with 1 cup raspberries and 1/3-1/2 cup almonds and refrigerate for 1 hour
